QTekLaser™ single-frequency PM fiber lasers integrate seed lasers and low-noise amplifiers into complete systems spanning 1012–1080 nm, 1530–1610 nm, and 1776–2040 nm at output powers from 0.5 W to 100 W — with narrow linewidth, high polarization extinction, and an all-fiber, SBS-free design.
QTekLaser™ amplifiers work with various kinds of seed lasers. They can be economical semiconductor diode lasers with MHz laser linewidth, robust fiber lasers with kHz linewidth, or cavity-locked ultra-stable lasers with Hz linewidth. Based on customer requirements, we can recommend the best options and integrate them into the laser system as illustrated in figure 1.
QTekLaser™ lasers comply with Federal Regulations (21 CFR Subchapter J, Part 1040) as administered by the Center for Devices and Radiological Health and are certified to IEC 60825-1:2014 standards.
It is the end user's responsibility to ensure that no significant light is retroreflected back into QTekLaser™ systems as this can degrade performance and potentially damage the lasers. To prevent this, the use of an external optical isolator is strongly recommended. Damage due to retroreflected light is not covered under warranty.
